NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000774-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. U.S. Bank National Association as trustee for the LXS 2007-12N is Plaintiff and mark e. cheek; jessica marie cheek; unknown person(s) in possession of the subject property; onewest bank, fsb, as successor in interest to indymac federal bank, fsb, successor in interest to indymac bank, f.s.b.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the east 50 feet of west 64 feet of south 165.8 feet of east 1/2 of west 1/2 of north 1/2 of south 1/2 of southeast 1/4 of northwest 1/4 of section 6, township 23 south, range 30 east, orANge county, florida.
and
the east 50 feet of west 114 feet of south 165.8 feet of east 1/2 of west 1/2 of north 1/2 of south 1/2 of southeast 1/4 of northwest 1/4 of section 6, township 23 south, range 30 east, orange county, florida.
and
the west 34 feet of the east 68 feet of west 182 feet of south 165.8 feet of east 1/2 of west 1/2 of north 1/2 of south 1/2 of southeast 1/4 northwest 1/4 of section 6, towndhip 23 south, range 30 east, orange county, florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
