U.S. Bank National Association as trustee for the LXS 2007-12N is Plaintiff and mark e. cheek; jessica marie cheek; unknown person(s) in possession of the subject property; onewest bank, fsb, as successor in interest to indymac federal bank, fsb, successor in interest to indymac bank, f.s.b.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and

and
the west 34 feet of the east 68 feet of west 182 feet of south 165.8 feet of east 1/2 of west 1/2 of north 1/2 of south 1/2 of southeast 1/4 northwest 1/4 of section 6, towndhip 23 south, range 30 east, orange county, florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
