NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008376 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and VICTOR ARAIS A/K/A VICTOR ARIAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR ARAIS A/K/A VICTOR ARIAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HIDDEN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 218, BUILDING 12A,OF HIDDEN CREEK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3513, PAGE 719, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
