NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-055627 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC, Plaintiff, and, JAMES A. VENCILL, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on May 2, 2012, at 9:00 AM on the Real Foreclosure website Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following described property:
UNIT 3508, BUILDING 35, PHASE 3, THE PRESERVE AT COLONIAL SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000174106, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO.2006000236799, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000236800, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
