Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed in this cause on March 5, 2012, the Clerk will sell the real and personal property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Parcel One:
The North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida.
TOGETHER with a 60 foot road easement over and across the West 60 feet of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 45 South, Range 24 East.
AND
SUBJECT to a road easement over and across the West 60 feet of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 13, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida.

A tract or parcel of land lying in the Southeast Quarter (SE-1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW-1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE-1/4) of Section 13, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida which tract or parcel is described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of said fraction of a section run North 00°29'30” East for 50.01 feet to a point on the Northerly line of Crystal Drive (100 feet wide); thence run South 89°21'30” West along said Northerly line for 165.00 feet; thence run North 00°29'30” East parallel with the East line of said fraction of a section for 340.06 feet to an intersection with the Northerly line of roadway easement (60 feet wide); thence run South 89°21'30” West along said Northerly line for 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning continue South 89°21'30” West along said Northerly line for 469.50 feet to an intersection with the West line of said fraction of a section; thence run North 00°35'14” East along said West line for 268.29 feet to the Northwest corner of said fraction of a section; thence run North 89°17'45” East along the North Line of said fraction of a section for 424.63 feet to a point on a curve on the Westerly line of Dartmouth Street (60 feet wide); thence run along said West line along the arc of a curve to the left of radius 230.00 feet (chord bearing South 10°16'43” East) (chord 133.70 feet) (delta 33°47'34”) for 135.65 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence continue along said West line along the arc of a curve to the right of radius 170.00 feet (chord bearing South 13°20'30” East) (chord 81.29 feet) (delta 27°40'00”) for 82.09 feet to a point of tangency; thence run South 00°29'30” West along said West line, parallel with the East line of said fraction of a section for 57.59 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Bearings hereinabove mentioned are based on the plat of Unit No. 2-A, FORT MYERS VILLAS as recorded in Plat Book 11 at Page 55, Lee County records.
Together with all tangible real and personal property, fixtures, equipment, and inventory located at such property, including, but not limited to, that certain CNC Drilling and Sawing Line Model 1101 DZB Drill, Serial Number 28850, together with all parts, replacements, substitutions, profits, products, accessions, and cash and non-cash proceeds and products thereof.
