NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed March 29, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-053957 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR6, Plaintiff and Maria Amanda Rico Gomez are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, April 30, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 3 and 4 block 5390, unit 89, cape coral, subdivision according to the pat thereof, recorded in plat book 23, pages 149 through 161, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
