Condominium Unit 1809 in Building No. 18 in VENETIAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium filed on January 19, 2006, recorded under Instrument No. 2006000027321, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
