NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-9870-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein KEVIN GUERNSEY is Plaintiff and JAMES BRADSHAW and JOAN BRADSHAW, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 7, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
