NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-5263-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CRYSTAL BAY PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation , is the Plaintiff, and AROC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,A FLORIDA CORPORATION; EARNEST R. FULLERTON, JR. A/K/A ROCKY FULLERTON; EARNEST R. FULLERTON, SR. A/K/A/ ROCCO FULLERTON; KAMALAKAR AYYAGARI;NORMAN J. KERR; CENTRAL AVENUE HOTEL, LLC.; STEVEN J. SIEGEL; GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION; CITY OF SAINT PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; RODNEY A.
