RALEIGH; CHRISTOPHER J. RALEIGH; GULF WINDS APARTMENTS, INC.; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at Pinellas County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. 1606, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF GULF WINDS APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 42 THROUGH 50, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 76 THROUGH 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 11, 1977 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4608, PAGES 1884 THROUGH 2082, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
