NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006916 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and IGOR VITKOVIC; SALENA M. VITKOVIC; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA , N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, EAGLE RUN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 55 AND 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
