NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08016833CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. OWB REO, LLC is Plaintiff and TOUMKHAM VORASANE; SOULIKHANH VORASANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOUMKHAM VORASANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SOULIKHANH VORASANE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) N.A; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, PALM LAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
