NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of March , 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-16502-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein THE VILLAGE OF SAFETY HARBOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN KRAUSE, AS A KNOWN HEIR OF PATRICIA MICCOLIS, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 5, VILLAGE OF SAFETY HARBOR, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 126, Page 25 and 26, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
