NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-8371-CO-041 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PY & CC MARINA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and ROBERT SPARKS and MARION CAROL KENNEDY are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Boat Slip Condominium Unit No. 10, PY & CC MARINA CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 135, Pages 14 through 17, inclusive, and as set forth in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14019, Page 2206 through 2259, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and all amendments thereto; the street address of which is: 6300 Pasadena Point Blvd., S #10 St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
