NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010CA010960, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and ANDREA K. CRAMBES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE IF ANDREA K. CRAMBES IF ANY ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; INVESTMENT RETRIEVERS OF NEW ORLEANS, LLC; GATES LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of May, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, SOMERSET LAKES UNIT 5, PHASE 5A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 117, PAGE(S) 3, 4 AND 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
