Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010 CA 013727, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REDDING BANK OF COMMERCE is the Plaintiff, and HONORIO JAHUEY PEREZ, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: Unit 1322, COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 36, page(s) 88 through 105 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4913, page(s) 1436, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of May, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
