NOTICE IS GIVEN that under the Amended Order on Judicial Sale of Property, entered in this action on the 27th day of March, 2012, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 17, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 1, BLOCK E, CLEARWOOD SUBDIVISION 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
and improvements thereon (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Amended Notice Of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
