NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on March 23, 2012, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following described property set forth in the Motion for Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
The North 142 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, Map of Moffet's Addition to St. Petersburg, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 63, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part of.
LESS and except the East 50 feet of the West 70 feet of the North 87 feet of the North 142 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, Map of Moffett's Addition to St. Petersburg, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 63, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part of.
AND
The East 15.5 feet of the South 85 feet of Lot 13, and all of the South 85 feet of Lot 14, Block C, Thornton's Addition to the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 61, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part of.
Said sale shall be held on May 7, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions.
