NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-006965-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and PAULA DIBELLA; VILLAS AT COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on May 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 2, BUILDING NO. 17 (BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS 2458-2), FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE VILLAS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XI, AND A UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED 06/05/1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5031, PAGE 1311, AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASES VI, XI, AND XII, AS RECORDED 02/20/1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5151, PAGES 1919-1925, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 1-4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
