NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-000859-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO.4 ASSOCIATION,INC; LINDA SETALA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; EASTWOOD SHORES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KEVIN GOSSETT are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on May 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT B, BUILDING 1861, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5093, PAGES 1 THROUGH 79, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 51 THROUGH 56 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 30 THROUGH 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
