SEITZ REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 9, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE KATHRYN C. SEITZ REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 9, 2007; KATHY CONNOR SEITZ A/K/A KATHRYN ANN SEITZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; KATHRYN CONNOR SEITZ, AS BENEFICIARY OF THE KATHRYN C. CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 230, WISTON PARK NORTHEAST 500 CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 74 TO 84 INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4933, PAGE 1671, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
