KRAMER A/K/A PATRICIA SCHINKE KRAMER A/K/A PATRICIA KRAMER, DECEASED; LYNNE KRAMER CAPOZZOLI F/K/A LYNNE KRAMER LIECHTY, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA S. UNIT 304, BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS - BAYSHORE I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3886, PAGE 750 THROUGH 805, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 93 THROUGH 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
