SHARKEY; STACEY G. SHARKEY; ALLISON H. SHARKEY; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on May 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT M-104, MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5083, PAGE 1431, TOGETHER WITH AMENDMENTS THERETO, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 1 AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION, APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE V.
