Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on March 28, 2012, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Apartment No. 9, WAVERLY MANOR APARTMENTS, Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block “F”, HIBISCUS GARDENS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 55 through 59, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, such sale to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the May 15, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
