NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009719 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Ryan McCallum are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 1104, BUILDING NO. 11, OF VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN THAT DECLARATION. OF CONDOMINIUM SHOWN IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1961, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
