NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-014031 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Scott A. Demaris and Tai C. Demaris a/k/a Tai C. Burleson, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, IN BLOCK 3, OF JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
