NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-006210-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Trust Certificates, Series 2004-1, Plaintiff and Dennis W. Peterson a/k/a Dennis Peterson and Deborah S. Peterson a/k/a Deborah Peterson, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 82, BLOCK A, REPLAT OF PALMS OF TIERRA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGES 27 THROUGH 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
