NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-011810 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Successor in Interest to Fleet Mortgage Corp., Plaintiff and David L. Tim and Isaiah Tim, Jr. are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 26, HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
