NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-005820, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and GERALDINE MILINOWICZ; HOME SAVING MORTGAGE CORPORATION; ISPC; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WINSTON GATEWAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALDINE MILINOWICZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of May, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit No. 104, Building III, OF Winston Gateway Apartments Condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Pages 97 and 98, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3439, Page 658 through 762, amended in Official Records Book 5263, Page 576, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any subsequent amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
