Unit 311, Building 300, WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 300, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 4075, page 1627, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, pages 34 through 47, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com AT 10:00 a.m. on May 9, 2012.
