YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for condominium assessments on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 728, Building 7, HUNTER'S GLEN CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and all attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 6123, pages 1274 through 1327, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 88, pages 59 through 61, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to SHAWN G. BROWN, ESQ., of Lang & Brown, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 7990, St. Petersburg, FL 33734, on or before the 14 day of May, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
