NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 09005590CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 7th day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 302, in Building C, of BAYWAY CONDOMINIUM PHASE THREE, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Condominium plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 88, at Pages 54-58, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 6122, at Page 1088, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
