NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2012 and entered in 10000653CI(20) of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and SHERI LINDQUIST A/K/A SHERI L. LINDQUIST; HILL CREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on May 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 4-D, OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE XIV, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4755, PAGE 480 THROUGH 592, AND AMENDMENT ADDING PHASE XIV, RECORDED IN O.R. 4933, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 73 THROUGH 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
