NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2012 and entered in 10010511CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and SCOTT MEALS; LYNNETTE MEALS; UNKNOWN TENANTS; DEBTOR(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3, REMSEN HIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
