NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order to Cance and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52 2007 CA 004010 CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and HARRY A. DURKIN, SR., ET AL the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 1st day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 37, PINEHURST HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
