NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 1, 2010 in Civil Case No. CASE NO.: 52-2010-CA-010350XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, Plaintiff, DKR MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST II, a Delaware statutory trust, and KAREN COMBERGER a/k/a KAREN M. COMBERGER, CARL COMBERGER a/k/a CARL P. COMBERGER and Unknown Tenant(s) or tenants in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of May 2012 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
