NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2012 in Case No.: 11-04639CI-20 of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as successor by merger to WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LIGHTHOUSE TITLE INSURANCE AGENCY, INC., a Florida corporation; LEE ANN SELLS, individually and CHASE BANK USA, N.A., et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of May, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
