NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 03, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-004213 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and ERIK NIEVES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA; PINELLAS COUNTY; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; TENANT #1 N/K/A TURK LEMPFERT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JANET OWENS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on May 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
