NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2009-CA-004298-7 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL G. HAMBLY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL G. HAMBLY N/K/A JAI HAMBLY; JOHN DOE N/K/A WILLIAM SMITH AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, IN BLOCK 15, OF THIRD ADDITION TO HIGHLAND PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, AT PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
