NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-004368 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and JOHN D. FARQUHARSON, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of May, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 8, SNELL SHORES MANOR, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, INCLUDING FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT CONTAINED THEREIN.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
