Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 5, 2012, that certain real property situated in the County of Manatee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The South one-half (1/2) of the following described land, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence East, a distance of 456 feet; thence North, a distance of 678 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence East, a distance of 158 feet; thence North, a distance of 150 feet; thence West, a distance of 158 feet; thence South, a distance of 150 feet to the Point and Beginning.

And also, Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence East, a distance of 456 feet; thence North, a distance of 753 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence East, a distance of 158 feet; thence North, a distance of 25 feet; thence West, a distance of 158 feet; thence South, a distance of 25 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Together with easements as more fully described in O.R. Book 509 page 646, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
