NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000147 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-4 is the Plaintiff and G.M. HOLMES AS TRUSTEE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 2118 LAND TRUST DATED JUNE 7TH 2005; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE 2118 LAND TRUST DATED JUNE 7TH 2005; GERALDINE M. HOLMES A/K/A GERALDINE HOLMES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 17th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
