NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 011912, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS OF AAMES MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2, A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST, is Plaintiff and LILA RAE VANDECAR; DOUGLAS V. VANDECAR; JEFFREY COOK; KATHLEEN COOK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK “A”, VILLAGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 91-93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
