NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-004699 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS J. ROBINSON A/K/A THOMAS J. ROBINSON, IV, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, BLOCK C, FRESH MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
