BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and GEORGE H. WOMACK; RUTH A. WOMACK, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTA 1 AND 2, BLOCK B, ALFORD & VOWELL'S RIVERVIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED DIN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
