MIKSA; JON MIKSA; BANK OF AMERICA; FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE 1A-1 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KELLY STRONG, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANGEL PICHETTE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 15th day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
