NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-008043 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS S CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-80CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-80CB is the Plaintiff and KEITH MAY A/K/A KEITH W. MAY; COLLEEN MAY; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; MILLBROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GREENFIELD PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 18th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
