NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-000560 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-SD3, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SD3 is the Plaintiff and EM, LTD., A COMPANY ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF ICELAND; EGGERT MAGNUSSON; GUOLAUG N. OLAFSDOTTIR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNIVERSITY PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT BROOKS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MARGARET BROOKS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
