Pritchard and Yvette M. Pritchard, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 101, BRADEN CROSSINGS, PHASE 1-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 86 THROUGH 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
