NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-010709 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-9, Plaintiff and Ronald Eugene Hochstetler a/k/a Ron Eugene Hochstetler are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 2, BEACHTON PARK, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
