NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-001426 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-OP2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-OP2, Plaintiff and William Hall Fell and Meryl H. Fell, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 221, PRESERVE AT PANTHER RIDGE, PHASE II A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 193 THROUGH 206, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
